Client: Meetings & Conventions PEI (MCPEI) with Broad Reach Strategies.  Market readiness excellence program designed to improve service and profits for operators in the meetings and conventions business – program design, development, pilot and implementation plan (2015).

PEI Tourism Research Model
Client: Tourism Industry Association of Prince Edward Island (TIAPEI) with Dr. Steve Smith.  Developing a research platform, inputs and plan for the next few years (2015).

Sustainable Community Tourism Screening Tool Assessment – Kensington, PEI
Client: ACOA PEI.  Application of Screening Tool and Interviews with stakeholders to assess Kensington’s potential for tourism development (2015).

Tourism Excellence North (TEN) Training Program Development
Clent: Tourism Northern Ontario (TNO), Explorer’s Edge, FedNor, with the Tourism Company and Tourism Café.  Northern Ontario Experiential Tourism Development Training Program targeted at destinations and operators.  Adaptation of ACOA’s V.I.S.I.T. Program (2014-15).

On-line Distance Learning: The Role of Municipalities, Communities and Regions in Tourism Planning and Development
Client: BICT/College of the North Atlantic.  Curriculum development, content specialist (2013).   Delivery Winter/Spring 2015.

Bonavista Institute for Cultural Tourism (BICT), Program and Curriculum Development and Delivery
Client: Bonavista Institute of Cultural Tourism, Bonavista, Newfoundland and Labrador.  Roles: Lead curriculum developer, advisor and partner in delivery for several courses (Ongoing; 2008-2015).

Sustainable Community Tourism Screening Tool Development Pilot– Georgetown PEI
Client: ACOA Tourism Atlantic.  Revised, tested and validated of this modified Screening Tool (2013).

S.T.E.P. (Strategic Tourism Expansion Program) Refinements:  Client: Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) -Tourism Atlantic.  Worked with Tourism Atlantic to refine the Program and Certify consultants for the delivery of STEP, a program aimed at increasing the tourism capacity and leadership of Atlantic Canada communities (2011).

UNB Residence and Conference Services – External Review
Client: University of New Brunswick (Saint John, NB), with Suzanne Nazarene, UBC.  Complete review of offerings to ensure consistency with mandate and client base (2011).

Tourism Best Practice Missions Evaluation
Clients: Tourism Industry Association of New Brunswick and the Atlantic Canada Opportunities Agency (ACOA) -Tourism Atlantic.  Evaluation of the past four years of Atlantic Canada Tourism Best Practices project, with recommendations for future missions (2010).

Accelerated Market Readiness (AMR) Program Pilot

Client: ACOA-Tourism Atlantic.  Review of pilot project aimed at assessing and upgrading individual tourism operations in Atlantic Canada.  Role: Evaluation of tools through on-site application at tourism attractions and accommodations (2010).

V.I.S.I.T. (Vision in Steering Intelligent Tourism) Professional Development Program -- Design, Development and Delivery

Client: ACOA-Tourism Atlantic.  Aimed at all Atlantic Canada ACOA senior and account managers to train them in the 2009 ACOA Tourism Growth Strategy, importance of experiential tourism and tourism and tools and solutions for moving tourism forward as a major economic development sector (2009-2011).
