Client: Broadleaf Guest Ranch, NB.  Plan to a business plan and establish viability of a major expansion for this year-round tourism operator (2015).

Parks Canada, Fortress of Louisbourg, Louisbourg Lighthouse Area Experiential Development Plan with Broad Reach Strategies  Client: Parks Canada.  Product/experience development plan for lighthouse area involved creation of six realistic and revenue-generating experiential offerings for the lighthouse area to be offered in conjunction with partners for the 2014-15 seasons (2014).

Trinity Historic & Random Passage Sites, NL: Visitor Experiences and Marketing Plan

Client: Trinity Historical Society and Cape Random Trust, Trinity, NL, with DW Knight and Associates.  Marketing and Experience Development strategy for Trinity Historic Site and Random Passage attractions on the Bonavista Peninsula, NL (2014).

Destination Cape Breton Industry Relations Assessment
Client: Destination Cape Breton Association (DCBA).  Involved on-line survey and interviews with key tourism stakeholders as well as go-forward recommendations for the DCBA based on industry input (2014).

Adair’s Wilderness Lodge, Walton Lake Business, Marketing and Development Plan
Client: Adair’s Wilderness Lodge, NB.  Plan to establish viability of a major expansion for this year-round tourism operator (2014).

Torngâsok Cultural Centre Feasibility Study and Business Plan
Client: Nunatsiavut Government, Labrador, NL, with Broad Reach Strategies Ltd.  Established feasibility of this major Cultural Centre being established in Nain, NL (2011).

PEI Cultural Tourism Action Plan
Client: Tourism PEI.  Three to five-year action plan development including stakeholder consultation, consolidation and synthesis of previous strategies (2010).

Miramichi Tourism Business and Marketing Strategy
Client: Miramichi River Tourism Association (MRTA) (with Broad Reach Strategies Ltd.).  Long-term business and marketing strategy for the organization including stakeholder consultation and innovative approaches in contributing to the success of this tourism organization which is funded by marketing levy (2010).
