Smart Tourism Project – Saint John, NB
Client: Enterprise Saint John.  Subcontracted to Bremner and Associates.  Provide expertise, advice, research input for tourism component of this large-scale technology-based project (2017-Present).

Strategy and Business Plan to Advance a Visual Arts Focused Cultural Economy in Parrsboro, NS.  Client: Parrsboro Creative, with Broad Reach Strategies.  Identification Parrsboro’s priority activities, actions and tactics required over the next 3 to 5 years to advance a measurable cultural economy (2016-2017).

Strategic Tourism Plan for Gros Morne, NL 
Clients: Gros Morne Cooperating Association and ACOA, with Broad Reach Strategies.  Involved research, development and delivery of pilot tourism development program over a year resulting in a  sustainable tourism plan for the Gros Morne region (2015-16).

Ontario Explorers’ Edge (RTO 12) Operational and Business Plans
Client: Ontario Explorers’ Edge (RTO 12). Role involved developing a strategic operational and business plan for this Regional Tourism Organization.  Included working in consultation with the Board of Directors and stakeholders from regional tourism associations, municipalities and destination marketing organizations in this Muskoka-Algonquin-Amalguin Highlands region (2011-2015).

Elliston, NL Tourism Business and Interpretation Plan
Client: Tourism Elliston, NL, with Broad Reach Strategies and Tract Consulting. Developed five-year strategy for the Elliston, with a focus developing experiences associated with on Puffins, root-cellars and built heritage as well as strong marketing and interpretation (2015).

Tourism Research Model for Prince Edward Island (PEI)
Client:  Tourism Industry Association of PEI with Dr. Stephen Smith, University of Guelph.  Evaluated current tourism research model, platform, performance management/measurement tools, with consideration given to major data resources and a delivery.  Involved review of best practices and industry needs (2015)

Fundy Trail Parkway Sustainability Plan
Client: Fundy Trail Parkway Development Authority, with Broad Reach Strategies Ltd. and Coldwell Management Associates.  Five-year plan to establish sustainability of the final phase of development for this major NB attraction. 
Also completed follow-up Implementation Plan (2014-2015).

Postville, Labrador Tourism Heritage Plan
Client: Town of Postville, NL, with Broad Reach Strategies Ltd.  Three-year Sustainable Tourism Heritage Plan for developing tourism as an economic sector to augment Town revenues with a view toward positive economic, social and environmental impacts (2013-14).

Saint John NB Integrated Tourism Strategy
Client: Discover Saint John, with Broad Reach Strategies Ltd.  Strategic plan to move the tourism sector in Saint John forward and integrate with other City economic sectors (2013).

NB Cultural Coast Expanded Partnership
Client: Cultural Coast of New Brunswick (NB), with Jean-Guy Vienneau.  Assessment of the potential for expanding the current Cultural Coast Partnership – a bilingual partnership between the Acadian Coast and Tantramar Region of NB – to include Albert County and Moncton (2013).

PEI Regional Tourism Organizations – Strategic Plans
Client: Tourism Prince Edward Island. Roles included working in consultation with four (4) RTO Boards and Stakeholders (Cavendish Beaches and Dune shores Tourism Association, Central Coastal Tourism Partnership, Island East Tourism Group and Tourism Summerside) to develop strategic plans in the areas of product development, marketing and professional development (2012).

PEI Tourism Destination Areas and DMO Partnership Model – Framework and Governance
Client: Tourism Prince Edward Island. Roles included working in consultation with island-wide stakeholders from regional tourism associations and destination marketing organizations. The goal: to implement a more efficient and effective tourism organizational and funding structure for PEI (2009-2011).

Regional Tourism Snapshot: St. John River Valley Communities
Client: Town of Florenceville-Bristol.
Regional snapshot and 3-5 year plan included tourism inventory, SWOT and recommendations for Florenceville-Bristol, Bath, Centreville and Juniper, NB (2011).

Destination Southwest Nova Scotia Tourism Strategy
Client: Destination Southwest Nova Scotia, with Turizm Inc. and Broad Reach Strategies Ltd.  Long-term sustainable tourism strategy and governance review, including stakeholder consultation.  Roles include: Strategy development, stakeholder group facilitation and providing overall direction for the organization (2010).

Tourism Charlottetown and the Prince Edward Island Convention Partnership
Establishing New Directions – A Road Map to the Future. Client: Tourism Charlottetown. 2010-2013 Strategic Plan incorporating stakeholder input for this Destination Marketing Organization (DMO) (2010).

Developing a Partnership Model to Actively Engage PEI Regional Tourism Associations and Stakeholder Groups
Client: Tourism Prince Edward Island. Roles included working in consultation with Island-wide stakeholders to develop a more efficient and effective tourism organizational and funding structure (2009-2010).

The Cultural Coast: Greater South East New Brunswick Regional Tourism Strategy
Clients: Community Economic Development Agency (CEDA) Partners: Enterprise Kent and Enterprise South East, New Brunswick.  Long-term sustainable tourism strategy for this large NB region encompassing 13 municipalities.  Obtained stakeholder consensus on product development and marketing approaches (2009-2010).
