Experiential Training Workshop for Operators
Client: Tourism Excellence North (TEN), ON; delivery of 2.5-day workshop to assist operators in how to develop visitor experiences; included preliminary site visit, contact with experiential providers/suppliers and post workshop follow-up with tourism operators; also workshop curriculum revisions post-delivery, Killarney, ON and Terrace Bay, ON (2016, 2017).
AMR (Accelerated Market Readiness)
Clients: Central Coastal Tourism Partnership (CCTP), PEI; Destination Cape Breton Association; Central Newfoundland; delivered over 60 individual assessments to tourism businesses in these regions, (2010-2017).
FTS (Fast Track to Success)
Client: Tourism Excellence North (TEN), ON; delivered over 15 evaluations/assessments of various tourism operations throughout Muskoka and Northern Ontario (2016, 2017 - ongoing). FTS is based on the AMR program developed for Atlantic Canada.
